Description

The J-PARC Sterile Neutrino Search at the J-PARC Spallation Neutron Source (JSNS2) experiment aims to search for sterile neutrino oscillations using a neutrino beam from muon decays at rest. In addition to the existing JSNS2 detector in operation (near detector), the 2nd detector (far detector, JSNS2-II) is under construction to improve the search sensitivity.
Likewise, for the near detector, a slow control and monitoring system (SCMS) for the far detector is essential. The main purpose of the SCMS is to provide reliable control and fast monitoring of the detector's operational status and environmental conditions.
Apart from the SCMS for the near detector, the system for the far detector is based on the Linux system for further optimization. The liquid scintillator was filled in the detector, and the corresponding SCMS was used in the process. In this poster, we present a description of the development status.
