Description
Coherent Elastic Neutrino-Nucleus Scattering (CEvNS) is known as the predominant interaction channel for neutrinos with energies below 50 MeV. To observe the process, the CENNS-1ton experiment employs a ton-scale single-phase liquid-argon detector. In this presentation, we report on the current status of the CENNS-1ton detector development and deployment at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in the USA, and discuss the progress of detector R&D for lower-energy-threshold physics studies.
