Early Registration Deadline Extended
The early registration deadline has been extended to September 27, 23:59 (KST, Seoul/Asia).
Payments with international cards (Visa, Master and JCB) and Korean-issued credit cards are now available.
Thank you very much for your patience while we worked to resolve the payment issue. The payment period is shorter than we had hoped, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
The confirmation from Indico that you have completed your registration is sent to Korea Cyber Payment company, but apparently it travels much slower than the speed of light. Please give them a few hours.
Registration Fees
Regular Participants

Early Payment (until September 27): KRW 320,000 (USD 240) — non-refundable

Regular Payment (September 28 – October 7): KRW 400,000 (USD 300)

Late Payment (from October 8): KRW 450,000 (USD 330)
Students

Early and Regular Payment (until October 7): KRW 250,000 (USD 180)

Late Payment (from October 8): KRW 360,000 (USD 270)
Banquet Fee for Accompanying Guests
The workshop banquet is included in the registration fee for registered participants.
If you will be accompanied by a guest to the banquet, an additional fee of KRW 60,000 per guest will apply.

Registration Fee and Currency
All registration payments will be processed in Korean Won (KRW).
The USD amounts shown above are provided for reference only. The corresponding KRW registration fees were determined based on the exchange rate as of September 7, 2026.
The registration fee includes:

Please note that lunches are not included in the registration fee. However, the Welcome Reception and lunch on October 30 will be provided with the support of the NNN26 co-hosts.
Invoice
The invoice will be issued with your name, institutional affiliation, and country as provided during registration.
Invoices will be sent as soon as possible after the workshop.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Early registration fees are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your registration due to unavoidable or exceptional circumstances, please notify the NNN26 Local Organizing Committee as soon as possible at nnn2026.cau@gmail.com.
No cancellations will be accepted after October 7, 2026, regardless of the reason.
For approved cancellations, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded. The remaining 10% will cover transaction fees and other unavoidable administrative costs associated with the payment and refund process.
