Poster Session

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Dear Poster Presenters,

Please carefully review the following guidelines for poster presentations at NNN26.

1. Poster Preparation

  • Size: Both A0 and KPS poster sizes are acceptable.

  • Orientation: Both portrait (vertical) and landscape (horizontal) orientations are acceptable.

  • Printing: Presenters must print and bring their own posters. On-site printing services will not be available.

2. Poster Setup

  • Please set up your poster upon arrival at the conference venue.

  • Each poster will be assigned a number. Please locate your designated poster board according to your assigned number.

  • Adhesive tape for mounting posters will be provided by the organizers.

3. Poster Sessions and Attendance

  • Poster sessions will be held after lunch on Wednesday, October 28, and Thursday, October 29.

  • Each presenter is required to attend one of the two poster sessions to present and discuss their work.

  • Posters must remain displayed throughout both days.

  • We strongly encourage all poster presenters to be present at their posters on both days, if possible, to engage in informal discussions with other participants.

4. Poster Removal

  • Please remove your poster after the poster session concludes by the last break on Thursday, October 29.

  • The workshop will move to a different building (Building 102) on the final day. Therefore, all posters must be removed from the exhibition hall before the final day.

5. Poster Awards

  • The Poster Awards will be announced during the closing session. Award winners must attend the session in person to receive their awards.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to your presentations at NNN26.
