Application for the Support:
A limited number of on-campus dormitory rooms may be available for student participants. As the workshop will take place during the academic semester, accommodation capacity is very limited and applications may close early.
Students may request on-campus accommodation support during the conference registration process. However, an application will be considered valid only after the applicant’s participation has been confirmed through one of the following:
- acceptance of an oral or poster presentation; or
- completion of conference registration and payment of the registration fee.
Priority will be given to student participants affiliated with institutions outside Korea.
Submitting an application does not guarantee accommodation. Successful applicants will receive a separate confirmation from the Local Organizing Committee.
